Deleoncare LLC is a woman-owned, minority business founded by Mercedes Deleon, who serves as our president. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare—from home care to hospice and long-term illness support—Mercedes brings both expertise and compassion to everything we do. She is certified as a CNA and in medication administration, ensuring a strong foundation of professional care.
Incorporated in 2023, Deleoncare was created with a clear mission: to provide personalized care and dedicated service to those who need it most. As our motto proudly says on every page of this website:

Drew Webb, Vice President of Operations, brings extensive business experience to our team. After spending 25 years at Polaroid Corporation in a series of increasingly senior roles he left the company in 1999 to found two Internet portals, the first of his own businesses. Since then, Drew has founded, grown, managed, and successfully sold several companies, as well as provided executive-level consulting to others.
Drew's undergraduate studies were at Bowdoin College, and he holds an MBA from Northeastern University’s Executive MBA program, along with postgraduate certificates in Marketing and Strategy from the Tuck School at Dartmouth.
